We are Donna and Alanna, the creative forces behind this exciting new venture. Donna, a marketing master and editor, brings decades of experience as an event planner and caterer. Alanna, a seasoned wedding invitation designer and creative agency owner, serves as the magazine’s creative director and visionary. Together, we are a powerhouse team driven by a shared passion for marketing, creativity, and an unwavering belief in the incredible talent of our region.

From the moment we met, we knew something special brought us together. We share a love for the wedding and event industry—a passion that lights up our souls. Our dynamic collaboration felt natural, like two puzzle pieces snapping perfectly into place. With more than 20 years of experience each, we match each other’s energy and vision, making this journey both fulfilling and fun.

Amarillo and the surrounding areas are brimming with amazing talent, yet the region lacked a proper platform to showcase this brilliance. West Texas Social Magazine was created to fill a need, providing a platform for local vendors and creatives to showcase thier talent. Our mission is to celebrate and support our local community, staying rooted in West Texas, while raising industry standards.
